Start golfing this year as an unrestricted member for only $1,975.17! The Trial Oak Membership is available to first time Rossmere members and can be purchased for a maximum of two years. After two years the member is subject to regular membership fees and assessments.

In year one, you pay a total of $1,975.17 which includes $200 for your share, $200 towards your $1,000 initiation fee, your annual golf dues, and all taxes etc. In Year 2, you pay $1,975.17 again (plus the $125 share maintenance fee) and this includes $400 towards your initiation fee. At the beginning of Year 3 when you become a regular Oak member, you will only have a $400 balance on your initiation fee, which can be paid in two equal installments over the next two years.
