PUBLIC PLAY BOOKING POLICIES:

• Web booking allowed 10 days in advance & phone booking is 7 days in advance.
• If less than 4 players are booked, the Club reserves the right to join another person(s) in your tee time slot.
• More than 2 tee times booked in a row will be considered as a tournament and will be charged tournament rates.
• Please call our Pro Shop at 204-988-1540 at least 24 hours in advance to cancel your on-line or telephone booked tee time.  Failure to cancel within 24 hours may result in the full value of the green fees and power cart, if booked, being charged to your credit card.
• In order to golf you must wear appropriate golf attire (Please read our dress code). 
• Please review our Clubhouse policies and golf course, practice facility and etiquette rules before arriving for your game.

MEMBER BOOKING POLICIES:

• Web booking allowed during same timelines as for phone booking, according to your membership category.
• Please call the Pro Shop 988-1540 to cancel your tee time.
